Refund Policy
CANCELLATION BEFORE 72 HOURS
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled booking date. In this case, a full refund will be processed with no additional fees.
CANCELLATION AFTER 72 HOURS
If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the booking date, the full booking payment will be required, and no refund will be issued.
EXCEPTIONAL CASES
In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, family emergencies, etc.), a refund request may be submitted for our approval. Such requests must be supported by valid documentation. We reserve the right to approve or deny these requests at our discretion.
If your cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
